Marc earned his college degree from Univ. of Alabama in Real Estate Finance. Marc was voted: "Top 20 Under 40" by the Montgomery Advertiser as a solid leader in the community.

In the fall of 2005, PALM L.L.C. began our first development project in "Egan Park". In the spring of 2006 PALM. L.L.C. began offering our property management services to the public. Palm joined Wilcher Properties in 2009.
