Marc began his Real Estate carreer in 1998. Since then he has consistently achieved Top Sales and Top Leasing awards multiple years. Marc earned his college degree from Univ. of Alabama in Real Estate Finance. Marc was voted: "Top 20 Under 40" by the Montgomery Advertiser as a solid leader in the community.

Todd Rousey and Scott Conti formed PALM L.L.C. in the winter of 2004. PALM L.L.C. began rehab-ing homes in the Greater Atlanta area in the spring of 2005. In the fall of 2005, PALM L.L.C. began our first development project in "Egan Park". In the spring of 2006 PALM. L.L.C. began offering our property management services to the public. Palm joined Wilcher Properties in 2009.
